Volunteer Driving
Volunteers are required to get a criminal record check and in the instance of Volunteer Driving, also a Driving Record from ICBC (at no charge for either).
Volunteer drivers are required to have all components of the Volunteer driving application package completed with the main Reynolds office and signed by the principal before driving students. Parents can drive their own student(s) but cannot have any other students in their vehicle until they’ve completed the entire process.
Please fill out these two (2) forms and bring them to the Reynolds office with your driver’s license and insurance (showing a minimum of $2,000,000 liability).

ICBC Driving Record
This can be obtained in minutes at ICBC.com, at the ICBC office, at https://onlinebusiness.icbc.com/clio/ or by phoning 1-800-663-3051.
Once you have completed this step and we have verified your id at the office, you will be given a link and an access code to complete a criminal record check. There is no charge for this clearance letter.
The Criminal Record Check usually takes up to two weeks to process and for the school to receive the Clearance Letter. Processing times may be longer depending on the volume of applications at the PSSG (Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General).
Again: Clearance letters must be received by the school prior to driving any students other than your own.
